The Winter Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Vienna on February 22-23 was held without Russia, which decided not to attend, recalling how "warmly" they were received last year. Russian security agencies have access even to the deleted messages Ukrainians send on Telegram. Volodymyr Liashenko, a lawyer, representative of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting, and member of the expert network of the Crimea Platform, shared with the Center for Strategic Communication and Information Security his own experience gained from working with Ukrainians living in the occupied areas.

"But the reason people are not supporting the funding is not Ukraine. It's other issues, which is the border of the United States needs to be maintained. And the Biden administration has made errors there that are inexcusable. And then a concern about spending so much money. And so these are legitimate concerns. They will be overcome.
