My next aim to achieve is to liberate the eastern-bank part of Kherson Oblast - Andriy Kisilyov, UAV platoon leader
Warrior Andriy Kisilyov was among the first to go into Kherson city after it had been liberated from Russian troops. It is he who features in a renowned photo taken in the city central square, holding a watermelon in his hands.
Andriy joined the Armed Forces in 2014 as a young man. By that time, he had just finished the 11th grade, but already had an irresistible thirst for warfare. Currently, he is in command of an unmanned aerial vehicles platoon, had suffered a severe wound while performing a combat mission. But he nonetheless returned to the war zone.

Russian fake: Ukrainians will repay multi-billion dollar loan from frozen Russian assets on their own
A central Russian media outlet, propaganda Telegram channels and some Ukrainian bloggers are spreading reports that Ukraine will allegedly have to independently repay a EUR 35 billion loan that the European Commission is going to provide at the expense of future profits generated from immobilized Russian assets in the EU.
This is a fake. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen did not mention this during her visit to Kyiv on September 20, where she publicly announced the granting of the loan. There is no mention of this in her post on X and a press release on the European Commission's website. None of the foreign or Ukrainian media outlets reported on this clause of the contract.
Russian propaganda creates fake about language conflict in Ivano-Frankivsk
The post claims that her husband was allegedly beaten because he allegedly joined the so-called "language patrol."
As "evidence," the post contains a photo of a man with visible bruises on his face. It is difficult to identify the man, because most of the face in the picture is not visible.
This whole story is fake. Using reverse photo search tools, we found the original photo with a man who was beaten. This photo has nothing to do with the alleged incident in Ivano-Frankivsk.
The original photo was published on Ukrainian news sites five years ago - in 2019. The victim in the photo is Ihor Matviienko, a physical education teacher from a Kyiv-based school. The beating occurred due to a conflict with a schoolchild's father. Back then, because of this incident, the teacher's colleagues declared a strike.

"In total, we have 42 aircraft left. That leaves 42 F-16s remaining, and 18 of those F-16s will go to Romania. Some have already been delivered for pilot training, including Ukrainian pilots in Romania, and the rest – 24 F-16s will be delivered to Ukraine,” he said.

Dutch defense minister: We can share UAV technology with Ukraine
"We are happy that we can support Ukraine with F-16s, because they are necessary and important for air defense. We are not sharing any details and operational details regarding quantity or exact delivery date. And it's not because we don't want to inform the Ukrainian or Dutch public. We don't want to inform Russia, because we know that their regime is very interested in everything about the F-16. Of course, they see this as an important target. This is why we do not share information about exact F-16 deliveries," he said.
Ukraine's interior ministry: 55,000 people included in missing persons register
"Today, the register contains information about 55,000 people. Most of them are military personnel. This number is quite dynamic: when the whereabouts of missing persons are established, in some cases it turns out that a citizen, for example, is in captivity. Unfortunately, we are also identifying the dead among those who were considered missing," said Deputy Interior Minister Leonid Tymchenko.

Ukrainian electricity market does not stimulate investment in generation - expert
“The model of our electricity market does not stimulate investment in distribution generation (or in any generation at all), and without investment, no state budget can cope with such a load, let alone ours. The model is limited by various price caps (a price cap is the highest or lowest price of electricity set by the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission on the market – ed), and administrative interventions. As a result, over the past five years, it has been generating not so much investment as debt,” said Volodymyr Omelchenko, Director of Energy and Infrastructure Programs at the Razumkov Center.

Historian says Khan's Palace in Crimea cannot be added to UNESCO list as its authenticity compromised
After 1944, only fragments of the Crimean Tatars' tangible heritage remained, and now even those are being systematically destroyed. They are being systematically eradicated, the historical and genetic memory of the Crimean Tatars is being erased from the territory of Crimea itself. The Khan's Palace, a key symbol of this heritage, has lost its authenticity and can no longer be considered for UNESCO World Heritage status. Meanwhile, UNESCO has been unable to protect even Chersonesus Taurica, which, despite being on the World Heritage list, is also being damaged.

Deputy Head of Central Election Commission explains why resolution on accounting polling stations adopted
"Since the beginning of Russia's large-scale armed aggression, there has been a significant wave of decommunization: many settlements, streets, squares, and boulevards were renamed. On the other hand, there are damaged and destroyed buildings. All this data needs to be updated because this address database is used by other state bodies. It serves as the basis for social payments or for verifying the existence or absence of a particular building, as well as for synchronization with other registers. This is a systematic state effort to strengthen those government agencies that perform ongoing activities," Dubovyk explained.
