This day was established by a presidential decree on November 13, 2014, to honor two significant events in recent Ukrainian history: the Orange Revolution of 2004 and the Revolution of Dignity in 2013.

Russia fires intercontinental ballistic missile at Dnipro - Ukraine’s Air Force
Thursday morning, the Russians launched an intercontinental ballistic missile, a Kinzhal air-launched ballistic missile, and seven Kh-101 cruise missiles, at the city of Dnipro.
As a result of a Russian missile attack on the city of Dnipro, several building of the local rehabilitation center for the disabled sustained damage.
As a result two people, a 57-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman, were injured.

Drones attack Akhtubinsk in Russia’s Astrakhan region/Video
According to Kavkaz.Realii, several Russian Telegram channels published footage filmed by eyewitnesses, allegedly in the area of Akhtubinsk, where military facilities of the Russian armed forces are located. The footage shows a drone being shot down by a missile.
Russia’s Volgograd and Rostov regions were also attacked by drones on the night of November 21. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, one drone was shot down in the sky over the region. Local authorities claimed that there were no casualties or damage.
No official information on this matter has been provided so far. In a post on the Telegram messaging app, Governor Igor Babushkin only wrote about the danger of an air attack and the EW and air defense operation.

The U.S. Department of State has confirmed Joe Biden’s Administration made a first step toward canceling Ukraine’s debt to the U.S. worth $4.6 billion that the nation was supposed to repay for the loans provided, but Congress is yet to take the appropriate decision.

Onn Thursday, November 21, Russian forces carried out a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih, causing significant damage and casualties.
A total of 26 people were injured as a result of the strike, including two children.
