Death toll from Russian missile attack in Chernihiv rises to 17, 61 injured
On the morning of April 17, Russian invaders attacked Chernihiv with three Iskander missiles. Social infrastructure facilities, a university building, a hospital, and 16 residential high-rise buildings in one of the city's neighborhoods were damaged.
"As of now, 24 houses and 252 apartments have been damaged," said Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, the head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration.
