Trump on Russia's war in Ukraine: "It’s gotta stop"
U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has said that his administration will focus on Russia's war against Ukraine, which must stop.
“We’re going to work very hard on Russia and Ukraine. It’s gotta stop. Russia and Ukraine’s gotta stop,” he said at an event in Florida as he lamented the deaths in the war.

Minister Galushchenko: Ukraine ready to help Poland develop nuclear power industry
Poland is planning to develop the nuclear power industry, and Ukraine has significant experience and corresponding professionals. Hence, Kyiv is ready to provide assistance to Warsaw in this area.
The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko in a rapid-fire interview with Ukrinform on the sidelines of the international exhibition and conference, Rebuild Ukraine Construction & Energy, in Warsaw.
“Poland is planning to develop the nuclear power industry and has signed relevant contracts, and we have a huge operational experience and competent professionals. Hence, during talks with both Polish and American partners, we emphasized that Ukraine could significantly strengthen this area,” Galushchenko noted.

Russian strikes damage architectural monument in Odesa

Ukrainian commandos release 16 soldiers from encirclement in Kursk region
Operators from the 73rd Naval Special Operations Center executed a successful raid, rescuing 16 servicemen from three different units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces from being encircled by enemy forces in Russia’s Kursk region.
"At two o'clock in the morning, SOF operators received an order to take a group of servicemen from friendly units out of encirclement. Within two hours, the operators planned the mission and advanced on two armored Humvees to rescue their comrades-in-arms," reads the caption to the relevant video posted on social media.
The evacuation team broke out of the area under Russian tank, heavy machine gun, and drone fire.

North Korea to put kamikaze drones in mass production
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un inspected the testing site for locally produced kamikaze drones where he ordered that their mass production be launched as soon as possible.
This was reported by the North Korean state news agency KCNA.
It is noted that during the tests, the attack drones hit the intended targets after flying along the designated routes.
Kim “underscored the need to build a serial production system as early as possible and go into full-scale mass production”, according to KCNA.
The North Korean leader also claimed his country has all the necessary capabilities and potential to manufacture various types of drones and will continue to upgrade them in line with the requirements of modern warfare.
